This hotel is a luxurious haven in the bustling city center. From the exclusive amenities to the welcoming staff, this venue exceeded our expectations. the restaurant and bar area were great and the in-room breakfast had many options including special diet menus.
Our only minor issue was the noise level. Due to our room being near the elevator shaft, it was loud at times which disturbed our sleep.

The room with bath was stunning, efficient and dynamic staff at reception, and exceptional Vietnamese waitress. We had an early check-in at 8.30 am, and there was a Bluetooth speaker in the room. The breakfast menu was interesting, and the downstairs library was vast. a great hotel experience.

the modern luxury style of this hotel is fantastic, the setting is very innovative, nothing traditional, and brings together high quality services with a friendly and available staff. i loved the music they play in the restaurant, bar and library area, the decoration of these places, as well as the food we had the chance to eat the night before Christmas day. we were lucky to have a room with an exceptional view and a large bathroom with shower and bath, everything more than perfect, very clean and no noise, it is a perfect hotel for couples who also want to visit London comfortably as it is very well located. i recommend it 100%

The hotel's location was perfect with it being just opposite the train station. Cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was stylish and had amazing attention to detail. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The bars and restaurants were fantastic, especially the one with the fine views. Our room was spacious and had great amenities, including a speaker.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The Davines toiletries were a wonderful treat. As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the affordable rates and excellent service.
We felt incredibly cared for during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel location is great, with everything easily accessible from there. Bars, restaurants, and St Pancras station are all close by. The room was beautiful and clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was also excellent, with some even going out of their way to assist guests.
The hotel lacked adequate customer service, leaving some guests in a panic over lost items and struggling to get information.
